Jabsi Matloa, founder and CEO of Inhloso Defined (Pty) Ltd, is a dynamic Business Management Consultant and Professional Coach with a passion for driving both business success and personal growth.

Armed with an impressive educational background, Jabsi holds an ICF Accredited International Diploma in Professional Consciousness Coaching® from The Conscious Way, a Masters in International Business from Leeds Business School (Leeds Beckett University), a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Wits Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Over the past two decades, Jabsi has crafted a distinguished career in Business Management Consulting, working on impactful local and global projects. Her expertise spans across industries, and she has collaborated with organisations of all sizes—from small startups to multinational corporations—in both the public and private sectors.

Jabsi’s core competencies include Research, Programme and Project Management, Business Analysis, Operating Model Design, Process Design and Development, Change Management, and Stakeholder Engagement. With her expansive experience, she brings clarity and direction to complex challenges.
