This policy applies to coaching sessions, programmes, consulting services, and digital bookings.

Consultations & Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before may be charged in full.

• Rescheduling is allowed once per session without penalty.

Programmes / Packages

• Refunds are not available after the programme has started.

• If you withdraw early, you may receive a pro-rata credit at our discretion.

• Programme deposits are non-refundable.

Digital Products or Resources

Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Missed Sessions

Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited
